Bank Inngern is a foodie from Thailand. He studied economics in London where he spent more time reading cookbooks and playing with recipes than studying charts in the library. Following a gap year, he got the opportunity to travel and explore cuisines from various continents, particularly South East Asia. After taking cooking classes and having brief stints in a restaurant kitchen, Bank collated his vision and ideas in his food blog Mulgaro. He has also opened a wholesome Thai restaurant kin + deum in London.
