Cindy Withjack

Cindy Withjack is a neurodiverse PhD researcher studying English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of York. She previously attended the University of Birmingham, where she was awarded an MA in Creative Writing.

Her writing has been published in Banshee Lit, Slice Magazine, Litro Magazine, and The Huffington Post. Cindy won a 2024 Northern Writers’ Debut Fiction Award for her forthcoming novel.

She is a bookseller and social media manager at Kemps Books in North Yorkshire.
