Sandra Sawicka joined the agency in 2014. Her main interests are genre fiction (SFF, speculative, crime, horror) and YA. She also handles translation rights for all authors represented by Marjacq. Sandra is looking for genre fiction - anything between upper end YA to horror, through crime, historical, SFF. In particular, she is drawn to atmospheric settings and big hooks, visual writing and snappy dialogue. Sandra loves 90s horror, high school drama novels (even better if paranormal), ghost stories, secret societies, small town crime novels. She'd love to find a romantasy with a gothic setting and angsty, complicated romance, a teen slasher horror or an opulent and mysterious dark academia novel.
